Refund policy

At lesunnyparcel, purchases made through lesunnyparcel.shop are covered by our 30-day free return service. This policy provides additional benefits alongside your mandatory consumer rights.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including if you change your mind. Providing a reason is optional.

Please return the item in the condition received, with supplied accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. Reasonable unpacking and inspection are permitted. Missing packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.

Damage resulting from misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary service, without limiting remedies required by law.

Requesting a return

Email reissemalos@outlook.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the products you wish to return.

We will provide the designated return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense. We do not charge return shipping, restocking fees, or return handling fees.

For voluntary returns, please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving our instructions. Keep proof of posting until the return is resolved.

Contact us before posting goods so we can arrange free shipping. Our correspondence address is not automatically a return receiving facility. Statutory cancellation does not depend on obtaining our approval.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is defective, is incomplete, or does not match its description.

Describe the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund, and cover associated shipping costs.

The 30-day voluntary return window does not shorten any longer statutory protection.

Refund amounts

For a complete order returned under this policy, we refund the amount paid for the goods and standard outbound shipping.

For partial returns, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable under applicable law. We will not retrospectively deduct shipping because a partial return reduces the retained merchandise below the free shipping threshold.

Refund timing

We assess returns and issue refunds promptly after receiving the goods or sufficient evidence of return, as applicable. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Funds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory refund deadlines take priority.

If the credit has not appeared after seven business days, email us for assistance.

Cancellations and exchanges

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately. If the parcel has already shipped, we will explain the available return options.

Contact customer service about exchanges so we can confirm availability and the appropriate arrangement.

UK cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, UK consumers may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within the following 14 days, without giving a reason.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless collection is offered, we may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If collection is offered, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard outbound delivery is refundable. Optional premium delivery supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
