These Terms apply to use of lesunnyparcel.shop and purchases from lesunnyparcel, operated by Adamas Trust, Inc.
Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Customer responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or appropriate authorization to act for the purchaser.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, malicious software, or unauthorized access.
Product information and order acceptance
We take reasonable care to provide accurate descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen differences do not excuse goods that fail to match their description.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when dispatch is confirmed unless we expressly accept earlier.
If a material error or availability issue affects an order, we will explain the available options. We will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without consent. Payments for orders we cannot fulfill will be promptly refunded.
Prices, shipping, and taxes
The checkout identifies the currency and total payable before payment.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal exceeds US$30 after discounts. For subtotals of US$30 or less, shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Any equivalent threshold in another currency will be disclosed before purchase.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs clearance charges are included in the disclosed total or paid by us. Customers do not bear additional tax or import charges beyond that amount.
Contact us if a carrier requests unexpected payment so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.
Fulfillment and delivery
Paid orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.
We disclose delivery estimates before purchase and obtain agreement to extended delivery periods where required. If dispatch is delayed, we will explain the revised estimate, cancellation options, and refunds, obtaining further consent when legally necessary.
Returns and refunds
Our voluntary service allows free return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment provider processing and mandatory deadlines.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights concerning cancellation, defective goods, inaccurate descriptions, or other consumer protections.
Intellectual property and external services
Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Personal shopping and other legally permitted uses are allowed. Other uses requiring permission must be authorized by the relevant rights holder.
Third-party services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller.
Liability and governing law
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
New York law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. This provision does not remove access to courts available under applicable consumer law.
